Traditional coaching focuses on the technical and physical skills of performance.Mental performance coaching focuses on the mental skills of performance.Everybody says that sports are more mental than physical, but they never actually address or train the mental side. Simply getting told "you got to focus", is not addressing the mental side.Mental Performance coaching gives you the psychological and cognitive skills that complement and enhance your physical and technical training which help you reach your true performance level.

The session involves thoughtful conversation and guided reflection to identify your unique challenges, goals, and your successes. You may engage in structured mental exercises and complete targeted worksheets that reinforce key concepts and strategies. Each session concludes by developing a clear, actionable takeaway that you can implement immediately, ensuring your progress continues beyond the training.
No, what you do in the session is only the foundation of your mental skills training. Just as you would train your technical skills outside of working with a physical skills coach, you still train your mental skills outside of seeing your mental performance coach.Each session will give you actionable takeaways and skills to focus on throughout your week, and doing so is what leads to optimal improvement.
