1-on-1 Mental Performance Training

In 1‑on‑1 work, everything is tailored to you: your sport, your role, and your current challenges. We assess where you are, set clear performance goals, and train specific mental skills you can apply immediately in practice and competition. Just like you train your body in the gym, this is where you train your mind so you are strong, steady, and ready when it matters most.

The Process

01. Assess

Start with a free introductury phone call where we get to know each other and allows me to know your situation and goals.

I want to understand where you are currently, where you want to go, and show how mental training can help you get there.

Practical, tailored, and simple to implement. My 1-on-1 mental performance training is designed to translate specialized sport psychology strategies into simple actionable habits that help you perform to the top of your ability.

02. Train
  • A typical 1‑on‑1 session starts with open discussion about what’s been happening, then zooms in on a few key moments to get further understaning and feedback.

  • From there, we use tools such as worksheets or mental drills to build specific skills you can use in training and competition. You leave each session with actionable takeways and a training plan to follow between sessions. That plan could consist of mental skill exercies, performance strategies, or both.

  • In the next session, we will review and keep what worked, refine what didn't, and move forward.

03. Perform

Put your mental training into action in your sport. Use the strategies in live situations, then in the session we review what helped, what didn’t, and make adjustments so your skills keep getting stronger.
