It is the gym for your mind. It is mental performance training in the field of sport psychology that helps you form a winning mindset by developing mental skills and strategies and enhancing cognitive abilities. Our training incorporates the latest research and emerging technologies, and we adopt a person-centered approach, prioritizing the individual over the performer.

The mind can be either a barrier or a key component to success. Our objective is to empower you to leverage your mental capabilities to achieve excellence in all areas of life. You learn to break through your perceived limitations and form a mindset that perceives challenges as opportunities and believes that you are in control of, and have the ability to, turn your dreams into reality.

Training Philosophy

Training Approach

A free phone assessment is always done to allow me to get to know you and your situation, and for you to get to know me. From there, I frame the training plan around my philosophy above, and I personalize every session based on your sport and your situation. Whether you have a specific situation you are trying to improve on, or you feel like you are playing at the top of your game, mental training is for everyone.  I will help you develop a positive and productive mindset and self-awareness. You can’t fix a problem if you don’t know what the problem is.

1.      Know what you’re doing with your body and mind.

-          I will work with you to build self-awareness so that you know what is happening in your mind and body.

2.      Know what you should be doing.

-          Once you know what you are doing, we work together to understand what you should be doing. If what you are doing is what you should be doing, then great!

3.      Find a way to do what you should be doing

-          We work together to develop a plan of action.

4.      Reflect and Move Forward

-          You always want to celebrate your successes and find ways to stay consistent or get better. We work together to find out what works best for you and what doesn’t, so you can do the actions that put you in a position to succeed.
