What is Mental Performance Training?
Mental performance training is learning how to use your mind to overcome obstacles, act mentally tough and resilient, and put yourself in a position to perform at your best. To achieve this, you will learn what a winning mindset contains, along with the mental skills and strategies that lead to optimal performance. The mind is at the center of everything you do. Your physical abilities are limited only by your mindset. You won’t just learn the mental skills and strategies, but you will know when and how to use them to their full effectiveness. Acquiring and using these mental skills and strategies can enhance your performance across all areas of life, including sports, education, fitness, and professional and academic environments. Every session is tailored to your needs and situation to help you achieve your goals efficiently and effectively.
The mind and body are one, and what happens to one affects the other. We all train our bodies and physical skills consistently, but 1-on-1 Mental Training is your time to train your mind. You talk privately with your Mental Performance Coach either in person or via Zoom, and you practice mental exercises that help you act resilient and mentally tough. You have full confidentiality with your Mental Performance Coach so that you may feel free and comfortable to talk about anything. While what we do is Mental Performance, your mental well-being is above all, and we are here for you as a person first.
